Editorial principles
Dezain Radar is an editorial aggregator covering AI and design. Our goal is to point readers to the original publishers as efficiently as possible while adding short, original commentary. We operate in a manner intended to respect the rights of publishers worldwide, relying on widely recognised principles of fair use, fair dealing, quotation, and the right to inform under EU, UK, US, Canadian, Australian, Japanese, and other comparable legal frameworks.
Source selection
Dezain Radar only ingests from approved sources reviewed by an editor. Sources can be added or removed at any time. We honour publisher robots directives, respect rate limits, and do not circumvent paywalls or technical protection measures.
What we display
For each item we display: the original title (unchanged, for identification), the source name, the country and language of the source, the publication date, and a prominent link back to the original article. We add 2–4 sentences of original summary written by Dezain Radar's editorial system. We do not copy or reproduce article body text and we do not embed full articles.
Preview images (Open Graph)
Where available, we display the publisher's own social-preview image (theog:image ortwitter:image the publisher explicitly publishes for sharing). These images are hot-linkeddirectly from the publisher's servers — they are not copied, cached, re-hosted, or modified. Each image is shown alongside a visible "Image: [Publisher]" credit and a link back to the original article. This is the same mechanism used by every social network, chat app, and search engine when a link is shared, and is the use the publisher intentionally enables by exposing the tag. If you are a rights holder and would prefer we not display your preview image, contact us via the takedown form below and we will remove it promptly.
Attribution and linking
Every entry credits the original publisher and links directly to the original URL. We do not frame, scrape behind paywalls, or present third-party content as our own.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error in one of our summaries or a misattribution, please contact dezainradar@proton.me. We will correct verified errors promptly.
Removal requests
Publishers and rights holders may request removal of any item at any time, for any reason, without justification, via the takedown form or by emailing dezainradar@proton.me. We aim to action verified requests within 5 business days.
Prohibited content
We do not link to or summarise content that is unlawful in major jurisdictions, including but not limited to content infringing intellectual-property rights, content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors, content inciting violence or hatred against protected groups, or content that violates applicable sanctions and export-control laws.
AI-generated summaries
Summaries are produced by an editorial AI system supervised by a human editor. They are interpretations and may contain inaccuracies. The original publisher's article is always the authoritative source. AI output is not represented as the publisher's own words.
